I am looking for Siemens digital IC SM889 PDIP28 datasheets, year of 1985.I looked everywhere I could and I still have nothing.Could someone please help me with that?Please let me know the websites,companys, electrical-engineering-forums, anything,where could I find it.Maybe someone knows the specialist who could have the datasheet of SM889?
