I have a Technics SL-QD33 D.D turntable. I press the start/stop, place an LP on the platter and select the rpm. The arm is raised, swings over and is lowered unto the LP. Once the arm/needle make contact,the platter stops spinning and the start/stop light turns off? Please advise.
