So who's makin' plans to head to GPAF? What sorta gear are you thinking of bringing?

Hi Wayne - It would be great to have a list of "the committed" and gear on the GPAF site when emerges. I can help collect info and arrange info. I know you're up to your keister in stuff to do, and have done a lot already.

One of the things on my "to do" list is to make a list of exhibitors. But you're right, I'm up to my ears in stuff right now. I have made a little website and am just waiting for DNS propogation for it to go live. But it basically says the same info as what has been said here already. So far, I can think of you and Brines and me that are definite. Lots of others wrote to say they wanted to know when the date was set final, so now that it has, I'm waiting to hear back.

I'll be there with a slightly modded Marantz CD 67SE player used as a transport, Element Cables, Scott Nixon tube DAC, DK Design Group VSI Ref MKII integrated amp, and the FredArray speakers. See links below for component details:

Cool. The DK site is pretty amazing - I especially like the couple's therapy section! The amp is gorgeous. Man, with 100w amp and 96dB sensitive speaks, you can rock the house if you want to!

I'm looking forward to hearing the Nixon DAC, too.

See ya there!

I posted pictures of the goodies I'm taking to the GPAF at the link below, and I'll plan to take pictures at the event and post them here afterward.
