Ron,

Just stumbled on this, I have a Pioneer DSX D912 and an old Technics turntable and purechased a DJ PREII phone preamplifier that works great and can be picked up for less than $75.00. If you want to check it out, go to www.artproaudio.com. The specs should match up for your needs and its well made compared to less expensive phone preamps you can buy. I purchased mine at a musical instrument store that sold DJ equipment. Hope it helps

Wayne
