Replace the turntable. The cost of your table makes it disposable rather than repairable. Besides, vinyl records are becoming more and more rare. You don't want to play them on a cheap table. Look at the Technics SL-1200, or inexpensive VPI or Rega tables. You can get a good new table under $1000.00, but you really can't get one much cheaper than $500.00. You can probably pick up a used one for $200.00 or so. But my point is, don't skimp too much on the turntable, or it's not worth getting.
