I JUST REPLACED THE STYLUS ON MY H.K. ST-8 AND NOW ON CERTAIN ALBUMS WHENEVER THE SINGER SINGS SOMETHING WITH THE LETTER S, IT HAS A HISS TO IT? IT'S NOT ON ALL ALBUMS AND IT DIDN'T DO IT BEFORE REPLACING THE STYLUS? I REPLACED THE STYLUS WITH THE SAME STANTON 681EEE. IS THE NEW STYLUS JUST PICKING UP FAULTS ON POOR ALBUMS OR IS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG? ANY HELP WELCOME, THANX JONNYBOY

Hard to say. You may want to setup the table and see if that changes anything. Dirty needles sometimes make that sound too, so check and make sure you don't just have a tarball on your needle.
