I recently bought a Sony LX250H turntable, new in the box at a retail store. I took it home and used it, after about 10 songs the sound audibly slowed and from then on my vinyl sounded bad. I returned it and exchanged for another new one in the box. Brought it home and set it up and after 23 songs the same "slow down" effect happened again.

I don't get it. I had my old Sanyo goin' for 20 odd years with no probs. Has anyone else had this problem? What's the fix? The store only had two boxes so I figure I'll end up with the first one again if I exchange it....now what?
