Has anyone accessed the amp in June's AudioeXpress designed by Satoru Kobayashi? Its a hybrid voltage driver circuit consisting of an IC phase inverter, a differential valve amplifier and a cathode follower with no negative feedback. 60 watts out and very stable with good specs. KT 88's seem to be expressing nice curves in triode mode. J.R.

J.R. I know you're looking for ideas for KT-88 amps. Here's one that's a little different than what you've been looking at. Parallel Single Ended. If PP is your cup of tea, here's one that looks too simple to be true: http://www.audiodesignguide.com/my/pp3.html Gar.
