I think we may find it is more attractive for professionals to post here than other places if they believe they will not be attacked when doing so. I think that if the rules against personal attacks and contentious off-topic comments are enforced, then professionals will be more likely to post. When this isn't enforced, then it is tempting to start writing "retaliatory" posts and the place descends into a tone that really isn't any fun at all.
