I was going through my spare speaker building supplies, and found the drivers for 1 PI speakers. I even have some 5/8” Baltic birch plywood. What I can’t find is a 2 1/2” cardboard tube. Every supplier wants to sell me 25+ tubes. I have some 2 1/2” schedule 40 pvc pipe. How much do I have to modify vent length, and box size.

The post office will be all confused when they see a cardboard mailer tube with no endcaps and nothing inside. It will be a fun experiment to see what they do.
