I was going through my spare speaker building supplies, and found the drivers for 1 PI speakers. I even have some 5/8” Baltic birch plywood.  What I can’t find is a 2 1/2” cardboard tube. Every supplier wants to sell me 25+ tubes. I have some 2 1/2” schedule 40 pvc pipe. How much do I have to modify vent length, and box size.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Want me to send you a cardboard tube, like goes in the kits?

If so, email me your shipping address.

The post office will be all confused when they see a cardboard mailer tube with no endcaps and nothing inside.  It will be a fun experiment to see what they do.  https://audioroundtable.com/images/lil_laughie.gif

I'll send a tube out tomorrow!

Don't cut your baffles yet.  Wait to get the tube and measure its O.D. and set your hole cutter accordingly.
