4pi vs 3pi plans
Hey Wayne, I've been having a serious internal debate about which to build, 4pi 3pi econowave standard/deluxe, etc. I think I've narrowed it down to doing a 4pi or 3pi build. Would it be possible to get the plans to both--figure I'll decide based on ...

Re: Large Rubber "O" Ring with JBL 2226H
I will have to check out the mounting hardware...I just wish it had said they didn't come with it. I finished putting the cork gaskets on the horns and woofers on the pair of 4pis I have finished, and all of the new headcap screws pulled everything togeth...

Re: 4Pi LCR and 1Pi Surrounds
Shipping is just so expensive these days, isn't it?!! The horns are kind of heavy, and they aren't small. That's the thing that pushes the shipping costs up. You can buy the boards unstuffed to save some weight, and that will help. But the horns can'...

Re: 4Pi LCR and 1Pi Surrounds
So 3x 4 Pi crossovers with three H290C waveguides should cover me with rest of the drivers/ parts sourced locally. Postage on the checkout still comes to $310 with USPS. Is this correct or is there a cheaper route. Wouldn't have thought the above component...

Re: 4Pi LCR and 1Pi Surrounds
We sell the crossover boards for the larger models, both fully assembled and just the raw board that you can populate with your own parts. But we don't sell the crossover for the smaller ones. The crossover for the smaller speakers is simple, and we bu...

4Pi LCR and 1Pi Surrounds
Greetings from downunder. Looking using the 4Pi and 1Pi for a surround system. Would love to get the full kits but the shipping downunder is crazy. As an alternative looking to buy the crossovers and sourcing the drivers locally. So question is is there a...

two π tower port and positioning questions
Does the two π tower have a port on the back? Would the tower work okay up against the wall as side and rear surrounds and can the port be moved to the front? I'm considering incorporating towers into side and rear columns. How high should I mount the...

Baffle wall
I have been doing research on baffle walls behind AT screens and how to build one. Many people are saying that a baffle wall is either an excellent idea or a terrible idea depending on the speakers used. Wayne; what do you recommend for the 4pi when they ...

Re: 4 Pi - Horn to middle of baffle?
Thank you rkeman. Being the third world cheapskate that I am, I was looking at an option that appeared solid and affordable. I want balanced inputs, BTW. With the Emotiva, I was hoping to power the entire system (3 x 4 Pi LCR + 6 JBL 6320 Surrounds + JBL 3...
