Hi Folks,

Near the bottom of the Tent Sale list, there's a VE156 listed
as a 15" enclosure, 6cu ft. for ~$53. Does anyone know what these
look like? That's about the size boxes I need, and I doubt I can
make them for $50/ea, so if the JBL ones are close, I might
spring for those. There are baffles listed, but even if I have
to make those, they'd still be cheap.

JBL tent Sale

Thx, Chris

Six cubic feet is a good general purpose cabinet size for many JBL 15" woofers, so I think you'll be in good shape there. I think the biggest "gotcha" is shipping expense.

Hi...I think this is the same cabinet that a Horn buddy of mine (hey wait...that didn't sound good) bought. Again...I'm not sure if this is the same cabinet...but if it is...you may want to pass. I can't remember what he ended up doing with his...but I'll shoot him off an e-mail.

take care>>>>>

I've tried to buy a pair of the cabinets 4 times since yestereday, but when I try to submit the online order form I get a "website not found" screen. What am I doing wrong? Anyone else run into this problem?

Maybe phone this order in?

No sense letting someone else snag your stuff when the website has a hiccup.

Well...I really wanted to get the info first hand (from the guys who bought them) But my e-mail to him was kicked back. Ron, it sounds like your talking about the same 6cuft cabinets the other guy I know of bought. I can't remember what he ended up doing with them...I think he may have thrown them away. But who knows...maybe they're just shoved in a corner somewhere. JBL pro really has some nice stuff...and I'm sure the cabinets we're talking about do have an application...but you think they'd be a little more descriptive in their...well, description. ;)

take care...and keep on hornin'!
