could someone tell me the difference between the jbl 2226H and the 2225H? specifically, will the 2225H work in applications (stage series 4 and 7 pi) that the 2226H is specified for?

There have been many here that have used the 2225, but the speaker I used in the 80's was the 2205. The 2225 is an excellent product though, and if you recone a 2205 that's what you'll have. It will work very well in designs made for the 2205 or 2226.
