Hi!

The little 1 Pi speakers lack bass somewhat so I'm interested in your JBL based products, especially after finding some JBL drivers really cheap (2123 and 2226 among others). I was wondering if you could send me the plans for the Audiophile Series 7 Pi speakers and the Professional Series 4/7 Pi? Then I can decide which approach I should aim for (2-way vs 3-way and bass reflex vs cornerhorn). Also, how do the Pro 7 Pi differ from the Audiophile 7 Pi soundwise?

I would be most greatful for your help.

Best regards
/Erik

The little one π's don't have the deepest bass extension, that's true. After all, they're a very small speaker. They're really intended to be used with subs. They sound good alone in very small rooms, but in most cases, subs are required.

The π cornerhorns are another matter entirely, especially the models you've asked for. Absolutely excellent speakers.

Thanks a lot Wayne!

I just have to ask you one thing. Is there a crossover document (or a picture of the schematics) for the Audiophile Series 7 Pi?

Best regards

The crossover schematic is included with the plans.

Hi Wayne!

Thank you very much! Can I buy just the crossovers from you or are they only available when buying whole kits?

Best regards
/Erik

Crossovers are available by themselves. You can order them online.
