One suggestion: Pick a hotel that has primarily suites. Regular rooms aren't good for exhibitors.

Any ideas for dates? Are you shooting for fall or winter?

I think they are looking at double suites at least as large as at CES.
I think they are shooting for fall.

Anyone interested can check out and post ideas at www.chicagoaudiofest.com .

I am sure any ideas are most welcome.

You might go during the winter. hotels are going to be cheaper then. buts thats only a suggestion.
