Has anyone used the BMS 2193 short horn?

Looking at its 1.4 kHz cutoff frequency. I would think a fairly high crossover point would be needed, possibly above 2.5 kHz.

Is there a reason to use these horns if one needs an x-over point below 2 kHz? They look like a good candidate for a bipolar speaker design with their shallow profile and dispersion angle mated to 8" direct radiator drivers.

Thanks

NW

Looks like a decent little horn. Maybe we should get one and measure it to see how well it works.
