My Dad, Brother and his wife, 10 others and myself all rode. We didn't really go for the party so to speak as most of us are past that stage in our life. We went up to check out the spectacle, look at bikes and girls/guys, and ride through the Black Hills (very pretty riding). Several of the group had been before, but it ws a first for most of us. I was lucky in that I got to borrow a bike to ride, since I've managed to get rid of mine years ago. Now I think I need another one.

Yep; I know the feelin'. That is nice country up there. How was the crowd this year and what was the word on the street?

Well, we went in early before the crowds really got there. They started filing in pretty good Saturday morning and by Sunday before we left there was a decent crowd. Word was that they thought attendance might be down a little. There were some parking spots on Main St. that would stay open for 10-15 minutes, so that's a pretty good indicator. It still seemed liked a heck of a lot of people to me, though. I can't imagine a record attendance year.
