I usually say it's 1.6kHz where the tweeter circuit high-pass is set, but the woofer has electrical low-pass at 1.3kHz. If you look at the off-axis nulls, they fall at about 1.3kHz too so that's probably a more accurate frequency to quote. The overlap band is approximately 1.2kHz to 1.6kHz.
