I have 2 lab-12s and one of them has a larger magnet and air vent ,same frame and cone on both what going on here ??? Thanks.

I have noticed different pole piece vent ID between production runs, but to tell the truth, I haven't noticed different magnet sizes. But I don't think they make the basket or motor assemblies, so they may have switched suppliers betwen the two speakers you have.
