Bouncy suspended floors are always a problem. A short term fix is to find a place that is directly over a floor support and position your table there. That will help you immediately. Also fix your tracking and do cartridge adjustments. There are plenty of tips here to help you with that so do a search for "adjustment" using the search tool.
