You read the post wrong as usual because you have to read everything in such a way as to try and prove something that isn't true.
If you wanted truth this would have been a learning experience except you really just want to prove a falsehood.

BTW it's all on the IRS site you refuse to read. Thats where they all get their numbers from left and right.
