The ruling on home takings seems to purvey the same spirit as the taking of the public retirement system to allow the rich to benefit through the increased investment of those funds in the stock market. Our little investment nest egg is nothing compared to what these guys have at stake; thirty yrs of saving at minimum 30% of your income to afford a decent retirement but they get the benefit of lower capital gains taxes immediately. Wake up people, they are not on your side.
