You know how when you pay your credit cards and other bills they say, "make sure that the address shows clearly through the window?"

You know how if your payment is late - even one minute late after 1pm of the due date - they sock you with a HUGE late fee?

Have you noticed that the part of the bill that you tear off is too small to fit the envelope, so that it can slide to the top, hiding most of the address?

Do you suppose that these companies actually WANT the USPO to delay delivery so they can sock you with a $39 late payment fee, so they make the insert too small ON PURPOSE?

Or are they just plain too stupid to do it right???
