Whats the diffrents? In these driver units?

Hi I am looking to use scan speak or usher speakers. They both look

the same but, the scan speak looks like it has more extras on it.

Does this make it a better driver? Are they going to up date there

carbon fiber drivers soon. Which is a better driver? Thanks jm
