Yup, can't complain. I still have the Scott and the Thorens (the Scott was $160 plus shipping. Not bad, but not a killer bargin, either.) Sold the Heresys for $175 plus shipping. Not bad profit. I just couldn't get the Heresys to sound quite smooth enough. They had a sound coming from the mid-horn that was kind of a frying, sizzling sound behind the music. Once I locked in on this sound, I couldn't ignore it. Finally drove me nuts, so I sold 'em. The Avids are much easier to listen to without seeming to sacrifice any detail. Bass weight isn't quite enough by themselves, but that's what subs are for, right?
