If the price is right try'em, I've repaired woofers, and midrange drivers with ripped cones using super glue with no problems. Just don't use any glue with heavy consistancy on the cone because it can add mass and shift the T/S parameters. On full range drivers though you might want to get a signal generator and do a freq. response sweep on them to see if it changes after the repair, compared to the good one, if it does then it's time for a recone anyway.
