Hi Wayne!Thanks for the response. I guess what I was wondering is if the common 90 x 40 dispersion pattern was well suited to a "nearly" near field setup or if the tighter patterned tractix horns would be a better fit. I like the vintage Altec's, both the 511's and 811's. I've been told by several people the 511's tend to sound better, but am afraid of thier size in a small room. What's your take? Jerrod
