There are rooms on the first floor in the Civic Center, with corners, but not many, and not necessarily all that optimum. If you want one of those, then I would recommend that you wouldn't need the demo suite. There are no hotel rooms on the ground floor, all lobby and such. There is one meeting room there, but that is for our group talks, etc.
