You know, I like the Eminence Delta 15 - I like it a lot - But the JBL 2226 is a much more expensive part and incorporates flux stabilization too. Not that cost is always an indicator of quality, but you know what I mean. The 2226 is a lower-distortion driver.

One thing about the Delta 15 is that it has more rising response than the 2226, so there is more midrange output. As a wideband driver, the Delta 15 really puts out the sound.
