Now seems a great time to buy the Marchand 2 way active xover. They have a web special pricing their "deluxe" 2 way kit at $249. It has sturdier jacks, and upgraded opamps for a 4dB improvement in the already substantial s/n ratio. Good till Aug. 30, btw. Samyou bet, mine is on the way! ordered 500Hz., 800Hz., and YES, WAYNE, 1600Hz. freq. modules, so my threat to biamp those quasi-4 Pi's might happen once I get "bored" with the Altec/JBL systems...hmmm, marchand claims they now have optional cd EQ, and driver delay available, but I found no info with those details.
