Mitch is just about ready to build the 4pi's. However, he will need a reciever to power his speakers. He does not want to spend more than 200 dollars. Here are the requirements. It needs to be able to decode dolby digital and dts. I guess we will have to go to an electronics store and pick one up I guess, does anyone have any better ideas where to get one? Does anyone else here on this board have a reciever in the 200 dollar price range?Wayne, what is your input on the situation? With spending around 600 on the pi speakers, Mitch cannot afford a dedicated amplifier, like your Crown. Would a reciever do these speakers justice?
Also, is the price on the website for a finished speaker for one or a PAIR of speakers?
