To mount the compression driver to the horn, use two 1/4"-20 bolts; You should find them in the bags that contained your cable assemblies and "π" logo. To mount the horn and the woofer to the baffle, T-nuts and screws are excellent. I prefer them for larger speakers. For smaller ones, I like to use #8 pan screws. For damping material, use R13 to cover the inside of three "walls" - the back, bottom and side nearest the port. Also put a sheet of R13 on the braces spanning the cross-section of the cabinet. This will trap the midrange but let the bass pass right through.
