Actually had the Kaw out on the street a bit last year. No it's not fast by today's standards. Mostly just gives terrible fuel economy, fouls plugs, and provides mosquito abatement. The throttle responds like an on/off switch, and handling leaves a lot to be desired. In the Chicago area we called them "killer kaws." The dealers groan when I try to find parts. But it is a fun bike.
