I dunno, I made some 8cuft 3/4 MDF cabs in the past, nice stuff to work with, machines really sharp... bad dust, real heavy and not very pretty without veneer though.

anybody use any interesting materials for making Pi's?

I have no Idea what I want them to look like. Pretty, or rugged. arg.
