heavy duty sub enclosure

i bought a pair of subs a year ago. they are from ultimate sound, titanium series, sb12

sadly i have been unable to get any info other than:
impedance 4 ohm
power handling 225 rms (i don't know or care what the peak is)
sensitivety 91.5dB @ 1 m
i would really appreciate additional specs but am having trouble finding any!
and they suggest terribly small box dimensions- down to .75 ft sealed and 1. ft ported. i tried this and it was no good. they are running nicely in a pair of 2.5ft cabs, lightly damped and ported with 2 3" ports. sadly these things lack mass due to mere 3/4 inch thick walls. i want to cast concrete cabs but lack experience, having only used wood/ply/mdf and even chipboard (never again) til now.
so i would like 1 suggestions as to the style of cab and type of loading. the cabs may be up to 10 feet tall, but the footprint should be moree than 3ft square.
then i would appreciate info on what concrete mix to use, what kinda reinforcing, i guess no bracing ;) and damping. these speakers need not move more than maybe 2 or 3 times in a lifetime, maybe never so weight is no issue.
thanks in advance for suggestions.
