The pxbII-1K6 crossover, Parts Express part number 290-634 should be procured rather than the one you've shown. The one you list is a high pass (tweeter) filter only and the one I've suggested is a two-way (woofer/tweeter) filter.Also, you'll need:
019-020 8 ohm 100W non-inductive resistor (R3 - one per speaker)
027-436 20uF, 250V polypropylene capacitor (C5 - one per speaker)
004-016 16 ohm, 10W non-inductive resistor (R1 & R2 - eight per speaker, combined as series/parallel network)
027-458 0.47, 400V polypropylene bypass capacitor (C1 - one per speaker)
