Thermonic 3pi substitute?

I've been exploring speakers for a few months now. I had plans to do a Pi, but have not gotten to it yet. I've been playing with a full range Fostex, very nice. But one of my New Year's projects is to complete a PI Aligned design. Trouble is, I'm not very good at the design stuff. I've run across a couple of very nice vintage 12" Utah speakers with big Alnico magnets. I'm wondering if they'd be suitable in a Thermonic 3pi? A friend measured them for me and the basic data is:
Vas = 233 L
Fs = 25.1hz
Re = 5.93 ohms
Le = 4.12mh
Qms= 3.96
Qes = 0.30
Qts = 0.28
SPL = 97db.
Any thoughts? Would I still be able to use the PSD2002? I don't know the crossover of the PSD in the 3Pi, but I think these will go to 1.5khz, at least.
