The Pro 4s progressed to cutting the ports and routing the driver holes today. Finally got the chance to use the new router bit I mentioned before.
Having screeched and tugged through many circles with a standard carbide tipped, 2 flute bit, I was unprepared for the ease with which this thing sliced through the 8 plies in a single pass.
Whiteside Spiral Up-Cut solid carbide Model RU4700, $28 at Rockler, get one.
