If the load impedance doubles, the the coil sizes double and the cap sizes are halved. I realize you knew this already, but thought I'd mention it for other readers. So the values for a JBL 2226J are:
L2 3.0mH
L3 1.0mH
C4 10uF
C5 10uF
R3 16Ω
Remember that voltage sensitivity drops by 3dB. In other words, an 8Ω JBL 2226H will be 3dB louder than a 16Ω JBL 2226J driven at the same voltage. So you'll want to attenuate the tweeter by that amount to compensate.
