i can confirm. I use the alpha 8 in an enclosure with 41 liters (i´m from germany, we don´t use ft, but it is about 1.35 cu ft.)

But i tuned it to 42 Hz. (2ports 10cm/9cm dia/lenght) It sounds great with my fostex fe 103 for the mid-/high-range.
