Fts is much lower than the 2123 and Qts is too. Vas is much higher on the 2122, and it can be used as a midbass or a midwoofer, whereas the 2123 really can't be. But I think Cody was planning to use the driver as a midrange, which will make bass performance less relevant. Here are the specs:

2122H Fts=40, Qms=1.9, Qes=0.26, Qts=0.23, Vas=2.3ft³
2123H Fts=85, Qms=2.5, Qes=0.37, Qts=0.32, Vas=0.7ft³
