Question: You show a vent that's 3-1/4" deep and your plans specify 3/4" plywood.

I know it will end up weighing a ton, but I'm using 1" mdf. So

1. Are the vent length and width dimensions inside or outside?
2. Should I shorten up the depth of the vent by 1/4"?
3. Should I move the vent location 1/4" away from the side and bottom?
4. I maintained inside dimensions for the overall width,length and height of the speaker, adding 1/2" to each overall. Is this correct?
