I have built a number of carpeted boxes for dj gigs and used black/silver indoor outdoor carpet from Q Components in Canada. Have used the 3M spray, Lepages contact or Probond Contact cement(professional strength) with good results. Don't like white or green coloured contacts as they seem much too runny. Don't apply too heavy
as it might soak thru the carpeting.
