I have followed with interest, the various mods to these horns, but am reluctant to stick stuff on my horns. I have now aquired a beat up set of 511bs to experiment with. Are these day and night improvments or more of slight improvement catagory? This sounds like a very positive approach to this problem. I don't quite follow your description of "between the driver and where the horn rapidly expands horizontally." Exactly where and how many layers ( noted you said you added another layer...)did you apply this stuff? Would it be removable? I have never used dynamat products before. Did you attempt any deadening on the horns "lips" ? Haave heard this is also a worthwhile area to deaden as well.Thanks,
