The "readme.txt" file is contained within the PiAlign distribution archive. When you extract the files, you will see it.

As for the Audiophile Series seven π loudspeaker shown above, it is a PiAligned cornerhorn using a JBL 2245 woofer, a 2123 midrange and a 2426 tweeter.
