The JBL 2425 is very similar to the current product offering of the 2426. I use 2425's and like them better than other drivers in that price range. I don't hear any difference in the 2426 either.The 22xt I find to be harsh and fatiguing to listen to. It does not have as good an extension in the upper freqs as the JBL.
No experience with the EV.
