Founded in 1976, U2 have had a large presence in the music world, not only that but they have stood the test of time.

By the 1980's U2 had developed into a much sought after international act. They have stayed on top by staying close to their roots but also venturing into new directions. They are heavily involved in world causes such as world hunger and human rights. Where they will go from here is anyones's guess!
