Do I believe that sting operations gnerate an increase in crime? I don't have to believe that; I know that from friends on the force. That speculation has been thoroughly and repeatedly borne out by empirical evidence. Some day people who are brave enough to do this research will get through to the citizens. The so-called war on drugs??? There has never been so much drugs before they started that little sham.
Anything that pumps up the law enforcement budget.
