At least once in a while My wife went to a concert a while back and brought back a CD and said "you should listen to this". I took it and looked at it and said "Ah, it's country I'm not interested." Well a couple of weeks later she convinced me to to at least listen to it since I had been running on about how I really like good guitar playing. It's Brad Paisley's Time well wasted. The kid can play for sure. It's not your typical 3 chord C&W. I'm not crazy about every song but he sings well and writes pretty good considering the genre and what's required to get people to listen to your music. If you like traditional C&W then you wont like this CD. His band is good and the music has more depth to it than most C&W.
Now if only Mark Knopfler and David Gilmour would make a CD together.
