I like the Eminence PSD2002, myself. It has a titanium diaphragm and response is good to 16kHz. You might also like B&C drivers such as the DE250 (polyimide diaphragm), DE400 (polyimide diaphragm) or DE500 (titanium diaphragm). I'd say the DE250 is about equal to the PSD2002. It's a bit more expensive though, as are the other models. You could also look at TAD, but they're pricey. The TAD 2001 is a nice driver. It has a beryllium diaphragm, which is very rigid and has low moving mass. That makes it reach the top octave without going into breakup modes. You can actually reach 20kHz with this driver, and I don't know of any others that can. Then again, it costs a thousand bucks. Best to pick that one up used.
